Do you allow pets?
We're sorry, but we do not accept pets.
Do you require a deposit to make a reservation?
We do not require a deposit to make a reservation. You may reserve a room with a 4pm hold.
Do you charge my credit card when I make a reservation?
Your credit card information is only used as a guarantee that you will arrive by midnight on your day of arrival. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival, or do not show up at all, we do charge one night's room and tax at that time on your credit card.
We do have an exception to this rule. If you are booking during a special event, such as one of Pigeon Forge's famous car show weekends, we DO charge your credit card, in full, for the entire reservation period when you make the reservation. There is NO REFUND during these event weekends in April and September.
Can I cancel a reservation online?
To cancel your reservation and avoid the possibility of being charged for a No Show, you must call the hotel direct at (866) 327-5032.
What is Check-in/Check-out time?
Check-in time is 4pm. However, if you arrive earlier and your room is ready, you may check in at that time at no additional charge. Check-out time is 11am.
May I get an AAA, AARP, Government, or Military discount online?
Yes! Once you enter your dates you are looking for and are taken to our ChoiceAdvantage booking site, look to the left side of the page for the drop down box that allows you to choose an appropriate discount. You may also make a regular reservation, then present your card upon check in for an AAA, AARP, Government, or Military discount (only one discount allowed). Either way you make a reservation, you WILL BE ASKED to produce your membership card/military ID upon check in to receive the discounted rate.
Do you have group rates?
Yes. If you have nine or more rooms in your group, your entire group is eligible for a group rate discount.
Can I check my previously made reservation online or make changes (dates, number of people, room type)?
