Do you allow pets?
We're sorry, but Econo Lodge Riverside does not accept pets. However, we have a sister hotel, Motel 6, a few blocks away that allows your pet to stay in your room and at no additional charge or deposit. To view the Motel 6, please visit: Motel 6 Pigeon Forge.
Do you require a deposit to make a reservation?
Econo Lodge Riverside does not require a deposit to make a reservation. You may reserve a room with a 4pm Hold. That means we hold your room until 4pm on your day of arrival. If you have not shown up, or contacted us to let us know you are still on your way, we release the room to be rented again.
Do you charge my credit card when I make a reservation?
Your credit card information is only used as a guarantee that you will arrive by midnight on your day of arrival. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival, or do not show up at all, we do charge one night's room and tax at that time on your credit card.
We do have an exception to this rule. If you are booking during a special event, such as one of Pigeon Forge's famous car show weekends, we DO charge your credit card, in full, for the entire reservation period when you make the reservation. There is NO REFUND during these event weekends in April and September.
Can I cancel a reservation online?
To cancel your reservation and avoid the possibility of being charged for a No Show, you must call the hotel direct at 1-866-327-5032. An email is not a guarantee of cancellation since it is possible for cyberspace to "lose" your cancellation email. An energy outage or other unforeseeable computer problem can keep it from getting to the hotel, as well.
What is Check in/Check out time?
Check in time is 4pm. However, if you arrive earlier and your room is ready, you may check in at that time at no additional charge. Check out time is 11am.
If a room type is not shown on the dates I requested, does that mean there are no more rooms for that date?
The hotel does not always put their entire inventory online. If you do not see what you would like to book, please call the hotel, 1-866-327-5032, and ask!
May I get an AAA, AARP, Government, or Military discount online?
Yes! Once you enter your dates you are looking for and are taken to our ChoiceAdvantage booking site, look to the left side of the page for the drop down box that allows you to choose an appropriate discount. You may also make a regular reservation, then present your card upon check in for an AAA, AARP, Government, or Military discount (only one discount allowed). Either way you make a reservation, you WILL BE ASKED to produce your membership card/military ID upon check in to receive the discounted rate. If you do not have the card WITH YOU, you will be charged the regular room rate. We do not always allow discounts on special events, holidays, and some weekends.

How do I get to your hotel from I-40?
Please check our Directions Page for the most complete directions. Basically, from I-40, take Exit 407, and head toward Pigeon Forge (about 12 miles away). The traffic lights are numbered in Pigeon Forge, and we are located on the right hand side of the Parkway (main street) just after traffic light #2.
Do you have group rates?
